Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support order processing functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities.
• Receive, unload, and properly store manufactured products and raw materials.
• Verify incoming shipment quantities and accurately enter receipts into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using the warehouse computerized management system.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including:
  • Cycle counting
  • Inventory control activities
  • Processing materials designated for destruction
  • Maintaining accurate warehouse records
• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on a daily basis.
• Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other relevant regulations.
• Support all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) goals and initiatives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
• Report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) License or willingness to complete training and obtain certification.

Preferred

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
