We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and yard operations, including order fulfillment, material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and truck loading activities. This is a physically active role that involves working both outdoors and in a warehouse environment while operating a sit-down forklift and handling materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
Assist with loading trucks and securing materials for transportation
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
Load and unload products while following safety procedures
Perform manual material handling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Maintain inventory organization and material flow
Ensure the warehouse and yard areas remain clean, organized, secure, and safe
Follow all company safety policies, including restrictions on personal cell phone use during work hours
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent warehouse experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to work safely in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn products and warehouse processes
Experience with material handling, truck loading, and inventory control
Strong safety awareness and commitment to operational excellence
