Warehouse Associate (Inventory + Reach Truck)

Location: Garden Grove, CA Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm Pay: Competitive, weekly pay: $19-$20/ hr. Assignment Type: TemptoHire

Urgency: Actively hiring — testing required on reach truck

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck safely and efficiently (testing required)

• Perform inventory control tasks: counts, adjustments, stock movement, cycle counts

• Support inbound/outbound workflow as needed

• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and move at a standard production pace

• Complete additional duties as assigned as the role expands

• Work mandatory overtime and Saturdays

Requirements

• Proven reach truck experience (must pass onsite test)

• Background in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for full shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and ability to work OT/Saturdays

Nice to Have

• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or cycle counting

• Flexibility to learn new tasks as the role grows
