Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11 PM

3-week Training Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience using inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse technology is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Job Duties

• Inspect products for damage and quality concerns
• Stack, move, and transport materials to designated locations
• Use scanning equipment to track inventory and print labels
• Complete paperwork and update inventory management systems
• Follow product rotation procedures
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Ensure the facility is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements
• Report incidents, safety concerns, or damaged products to supervisors
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

Successful Warehouse Associate candidates understand warehouse organization, inventory procedures, shipping processes, and safe material handling while supporting efficient daily operations. Reliable performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
