JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate

EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for receiving and dispatching merchandise to and from our 2 Jupiter locations. Ensuring inventory of all warehouse products and operating all material handling equipment to load and unload goods. Accountable for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to relevant parties.
• Marking and labeling stock.
• Storing inventory in an accessible manner.
• Responsible for picking, labeling, and packing individual products for shipment
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
• Building loads with forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Using scanners to check inventory levels and perform materials movement between production and the warehouses.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of goods.
• Sorting, labeling, and storing items in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize warehouse layout and processes.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of goods received and shipped.
• Following safety protocols and enforcing warehouse security measures.
• Crossed trained in both Jupiter locations to maximize efficiency.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
