Warehouse Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate in Katy, TX! We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are loaded accurately and efficiently to support daily operations.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight)
Key Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with materials according to work orders and shipping schedules.
• Verify load accuracy, weight specifications, and product types prior to dispatch.
• Operate loadout equipment, including conveyors, loaders, pumps, and automated systems.
• Monitor loading processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues that arise.
• Inspect trucks and loading areas to maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Complete required documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.

  Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift between 10–40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions as needed.
