Job Summary:
The Will Call Associate is responsible for providing professional and prompt customer service to internal and external customers. The Will Call Associate will pre-pull and stage product for customer pick-up and will assist with loading product in customer vehicles. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

What you will be doing:
- Complete all staging duties and storage pre-pulls involving customer orders and as assigned by Branch management.
- Process all will call notifications via RF scanner including, pulling customer order, greeting customer, and safely loading vehicles.
- Complete will call process within 20 minutes, the maximum timeframe for completing a will call order.
- Report daily exceptions to the Branch management team.
- Promote and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures. The expectation includes reporting any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to follow directions and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Gartman (IBM i) or similar WMS system.
- Proficient and accurate data entry and basic math skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a Will Call warehouse environment.
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
- Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures.
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds at times, bend, stretch, and pull product.
- May travel to local warehouse locations (5%).
