Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to assemble and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking and packing products, material handling, quality control, and supporting daily production operations to ensure a timely and satisfying customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assemble and pick orders using a scanner according to pick/pack lists Construct shipping cartons, wrap, and palletize materials Maintain quality control and inspection documentation Order and proof POD reprints (books, letters, fulfillment materials) Report equipment issues to Lead or Manager Collaborate with production staff and management to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow company procedures and Quality Management System standards Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred Basic math and counting skills Ability to learn multiple computer systems (MS Word/Excel a plus) Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs Strong hand-eye coordination; able to perform repetitive tasks Bilingual a plus #GL123
