Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities and condition.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Process inbound and outbound orders using RF scanning technology.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and ensure correct quantities are processed.
  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Review shipping documents and bills of lading for accuracy.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Complete re-warehousing and inventory relocation tasks as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment.
Safety and Quality
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Identify and report equipment concerns or safety issues.
  • Handle materials in accordance with applicable requirements and regulations.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards.
Team Support
  • Participate in required training and development programs.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed.
  • Develop knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Support various warehouse functions based on operational needs.
QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic analytical and math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across different warehouse functions as needed.
Experience and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
Equipment Experience
Preferred experience operating:
  • RF scanners and handheld devices
  • Forklifts and powered industrial equipment
  • Warehouse material handling equipment

Training may be provided for qualified candidates.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
  • Ability to successfully complete powered material handling equipment training.
Schedule
  • Full-time position.
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • Ability to work various shifts as required.
