Warehouse Associate

Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves order picking, packing, and shipment preparation while ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in delivering products to customers accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders, ensuring the correct product, lot number, and quantity are selected according to order requirements. Prepare orders for shipment in a professional and customer-focused manner. Verify order accuracy by checking cartons, products, lot numbers, and quantities prior to shipment. Pack products into boxes, containers, and pallets using appropriate packaging methods to ensure product protection during transit. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and departmental guidelines. Maintain compliance with quality standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Support inventory accuracy and proper warehouse organization. Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Minimum one (2) year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment. Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good attendance record and demonstrated reliability. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations. Experience working in a regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices. Work Environment Climate-controlled warehouse environment. Daily rotation of duties and responsibilities. Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established health and safety procedures. Education: High School or equivalent
