Warehouse Associate

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE / DELIVERY DRIVER TRAINEE Located in Leetsdale, PA
Pay: $19.50/hour – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Full-Time – Monday through Friday 7 am – 4 pm (overtime as needed)

BUILD YOUR CAREER FROM THE WAREHOUSE TO THE DRIVER'S SEAT!
This is a dual-role position designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a driving position.
You will start as a Warehouse Associate, learning the company's products, processes, and warehouse operations. As you become familiar with the business, you will also learn about the Driver role.
Once fully trained in the warehouse (approximately 3 months), you will transition into a Driver/Warehouse Associate role. These are same day deliveries from the warehouse.
IMPORTANT: This is a warehouse-first position. Even after becoming a driver, you will be expected to work in the warehouse whenever you are not driving. Candidates must be comfortable with both sides of the job.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Learn the company's warehouse operations from the ground up
• Receive, organize, stage, load, and unload materials
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders
• Operate a forklift after training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist coworkers and support daily warehouse needs
• Perform physical warehouse work as needed

• Operate a 26-foot box truck for local deliveries
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Safely load, secure, transport, and deliver materials
• Complete required delivery paperwork
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
• Return to the facility and assist with warehouse duties when not driving

• Clean driving record – no driving infractions
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical/health examination
• Valid driver's license appropriate for operating a commercial non-CDL vehicle
• Ability and willingness to learn to operate a forklift
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck after training
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work
• Willingness to work in the warehouse when not driving
