Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is highly physical and primarily involves operating a cherry picker while pulling large HVAC and building materials for customer orders.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, lifting throughout the day, and performing repetitive warehouse tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker at heights up to 30 feet
  • Pull, stage, and organize materials including HVAC equipment, trunk duct, water heaters, and other large products
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material organization
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
  • Follow all company safety policies and operational guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the workday
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience
  • Experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, forklift, or other material handling equipment
  • Ability to quickly learn products, warehouse layouts, and operating procedures
