WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Lenexa, KS
Inova Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a full-time opportunity in Lenexa, KS! If you have warehouse experience and are comfortable with order picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and RF scanners, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:

• $18.00/hour
• Weekly pay
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Full-time hours with overtime available as needed

What You'll Do: 

• Pick and pull customer orders
• Pack orders for shipment
• Handle shipping and receiving
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Receive, sort, and put away incoming products
• Move products using hand trucks and other warehouse equipment
• Build and organize orders on pallets or shelves
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Order picking/packing and RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to lift 30–70 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes

Must be flexible and comfortable potentially working at different facility locations throughout the Kansas City metro area as needed
