Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate Level 2 or Level 3 for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional with strong shipping, receiving, inventory control, forklift operation, and ERP system experience.

The Warehouse Associate will help ensure accurate inventory transactions, timely shipments, organized receiving processes, and safe material movement throughout the warehouse. Candidates with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working with lot numbers, serial numbers, cycle counts, and shipping documentation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, organize, pull, pack, and ship materials accurately according to warehouse procedures and customer requirements.
- Update shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle count information in Microsoft Navision software and the BC mobile app.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, Bendi equipment, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through item verification, cycle counting, physical inventory support, and proper bin/location control.
- Handle incoming shipments, sales returns, international shipments, and related ERP or CRM system updates as assigned.
- Support a clean and safe warehouse environment by following safety procedures, completing housekeeping tasks, and reporting issues that may affect on-time shipments.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $21 to $22 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 or 4:30 p.m.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
