About This Role
Baumann Paper is currently seeking an energetic, hard-working, passionate person to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our Lexington office. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. Candidates must have a strong commitment to picking and receiving products accurately with a focus on safety.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive product into warehouse
Pick product on order picker
Verify orders
Assist with any warehouse maintenance as needed
Load orders onto trucks
Experience
Previous forklift and/or order picker experience preferred, but we will consider candidates with a strong desire to learn new skills.

High School Degree

Able to work at our warehouse located in Lexington, Ky

Ability to learn to operate a forklift, order picker, and pallet rider.
Work Hours
Full Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation
$14.00 - $17.00 /Hour
Safety Bonus, Holiday Pay, Overtime
Physical Requirements
Consistently lift 20 to 50 lbs
Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
Can walk 1 mile
Have no uncorrected visual impairments (list corrected impairments below)
Have no uncorrected hearing impairments (list corrected impairments below)
Have no physical impairments that would prevent forklift operation or motor vehicle operation
Have full use of all limbs
Have full range of motion including: pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and lifting.
Take no medications that would affect the operation of a forklift or vehicle
Must be able to manually stack cases of product onto pallets
