Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a MUST.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Has experience with ERP & Inventory Management Systems
Experience with Fishbowl and Ship Station is a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Basic math and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
