Warehouse Associate

Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Litchfield, CT
Type: Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload bagged feed and related products for commercial and private customers.
• Safely operate hand trucks and forklifts.
• Receive, organize, rotate, and maintain inventory.
• Build customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep warehouse and loading areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and report any safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable employment history and willingness to learn about feed products.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
