TRC Talent Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for our client in Lithonia, GA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, maintaining an organized work environment, and supporting warehouse operations.

Location: Lithonia, GA
Shift: Friday Sunday, 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Walk the warehouse floor throughout the shift to monitor and maintain work areas.

• Remove scrap materials, bands, and other debris to keep the facility clean and safe.

• Sweep and maintain designated warehouse areas.

• Manually straighten, organize, and secure racks to ensure materials are stored neatly and safely.

• Maintain organization of inventory and workstations.

• Support general housekeeping efforts to promote a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational goals are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is required.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.

• No heavy lifting required.

• No forklift operation or other equipment operation required.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be subject to varying temperatures.
