Warehouse Associate

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, stockroom, and shipping/receiving operations for a leading manufacturing company. This individual will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing kits for production, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and external requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations
• Prepare material kits for production teams
• Process inventory transactions and update system records
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reporting
• Support shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill inventory and material requests

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
