Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties manually and using a forklift
  • Accurately prepare and process customer orders by pulling, packing, and staging materials
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking
  • Process purchase orders, receiving transactions, product put-away, and transfers
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and scan tools to research and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide strong internal customer service
  • Support daily warehouse operations and contribute to team goals

Required Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling)
  • 2 3 years of sit-down forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (team lift available)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong work ethic with willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
