Warehouse Associate Loader (CH#336971)

Position Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for organizing the loading dock and accurately
loading customer orders according to route sequence and dispatch schedules. This role
ensures products are loaded safely and efficiently to prevent damage during
transportation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Load customer orders accurately according to route sequence and dispatch times.
• Organize and stage product on the loading dock for shipment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Shrink-wrap pallets and secure loads for transportation.
• Determine proper loading configurations to maximize trailer space and product
protection.
• Verify product placement and shipment accuracy prior to loading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance.
• Protect confidential company information.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
