Rate: $20.50 USD per hour Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Associate – Loader Loaders are Ollie’s Associates working in the Outbound department of the Distribution Center. Loaders are primarily responsible for the safe & accurate loading of all Ollie’s trucks. Ollie’s Associate Benefits: + Medical, Dental, Vision, and RX coverage begins after 90 Days of employment. + 401K, generous company match with immediate vesting. + 20% associate discount on all Ollie’s purchases. + Vast array of voluntary benefits Responsibilities: + Loading of all Ollie’s trucks either manually or using Material Handling Equipment + Ensure product is loaded properly and accurately for safe transport to stores + Ensure product is loaded tightly to maximize space and to limit overall in transit damage to product + Maintain efficiency and overall productivity to limit the recirculation of product + Meet minimum productivity expectations + Maintain a safe & clean workspace at all times · Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required. + Ability to work independently and self-motivated to seek work. + Ability to complete assignments in time allotted. + Ability to work effectively, in a professional environment. + Ability to work a flexible schedule (until work is done) Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. + Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. + Ability to bend and twist frequently. + Must have ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures. + Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. + Ability to stand for extended periods of time. + Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
