Warehouse Associate (Loading Lead)

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling the physical aspects of loading, sorting, moving products, Keeping Loaders on task, & leading your team to complete their job tasks on a daily basis. Your attention to detail, efficiency and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace are essential to our overall operation. This position offers a 4-day work week Monday through Thursday beginning work at 1 pm.\n \nBENEFITS\n\n 4-day work week\n Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & More\n Holidays and Vacation Paid Time Off\n Competitive 401(k) + Company Match\n Training & Development\n Advancement Opportunities\n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n\n Assist in loading delivery vehicles and transferring products from within the warehouse to the loading area.\n Handle and sort products according to established guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.\n Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move products efficiently and safely.\n Verify product quantities and quality against delivery documents, reporting any discrepancies or damages.\n Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including removing empty pallets, debris, and packaging materials.\n Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during loading activities.\n Collaborate with warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.\n Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.\n Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.\n Be able to consistently keep a loading crew of up to ten on task every shift.\n \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n High school diploma or equivalent.\n Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.\n Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including boxes, totes, and pallets, on a regular basis.\n Familiarity with material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus.\n Basic math skills to verify product quantities.\n Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.\n Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.\n Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including cold or hot temperatures and dusty environments.\n Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.\n* Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\n\n
