Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Entry-level position - no prior experience required
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and work instructions

Experience Requirements

• No previous warehouse experience necessary
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

• Retrieve and move materials to prepare customer orders for shipment
• Unpack, inspect, verify, and record incoming merchandise
• Safely operate material handling equipment
• Coordinate transportation for outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Assist with general warehouse operations and administrative support tasks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support team objectives and daily production goals

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate helps warehouses operate efficiently through dependable inventory handling, order fulfillment, and product movement. This role requires strong work habits, organizational ability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
