Warehouse Associates to support the
outbound shipping and order fulfillment operations of a well-established distribution company in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, packed properly, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner to support efficient daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pull customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or RF scanners
- Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
- Verify order accuracy and quantities before shipment
- Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks or pallets as needed
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
- Assist with inventory checks and report discrepancies when identified
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Experience with sitdown forklift, reach truck and cherry picker equipment
Requirements- Previous experience in order picking, packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
