Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find General Labor Associates for a warehouse facility located in Manor, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, hardworking, and looking to grow within a stable company.
As a General Labor Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
Loading and unloading materials and products.
Sorting, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
Assisting with inventory management and stock organization.
Operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Supporting team members and supervisors with daily tasks as needed.
What you’ll need:
3+ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
Must know how to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed.
Perks:
Pay starts at $18/hour.
Monday–Thursday schedule, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM or Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. Overtime available!
