Location: Maple Lake, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM-3 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Additional technical training or equipment certifications preferred.

Warehouse Associate Skills + Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, power tools, or warehouse equipment is preferred.
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or rotational molding experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to consistently meet scheduled work expectations.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties

  • Operate warehouse equipment, forklifts, power tools, and specialized instruments used in daily operations.
  • Perform material handling, assembly, and general warehouse tasks while following established safety and quality procedures.
  • Maintain communication with team members and leadership to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support daily operations by working in various areas as needed to meet production and warehouse goals.
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and general appearance of the facility and surrounding work areas.
  • Identify work priorities, manage assigned tasks, and complete responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and resolving equipment or process concerns.
  • Perform tasks requiring lifting, moving materials, and working in various positions, including confined or tight spaces.
  • Ensure product quality by following procedures and maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions as needed.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces or areas requiring maneuvering around equipment and materials.
