Warehouse Associate

TheWarehouse Associate at TIPCO Technologies is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• fabricate hoses, gaskets, fittings and other shop orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
