Description
Responsibilities
* Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment for transportation to and from job sites
* Prepare, organize, and review material and equipment lists for upcoming projects
* Deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to job sites throughout New York City and Long Island as needed
* Transport equipment and materials collected from job sites into designated containers at the warehouse
* Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse areas, tools, and equipment.
* Wash and maintain company trucks and vehicles
* Perform basic maintenance on equipment and machinery, including oil changes and routine upkeep
* Pick up and transport material orders from suppliers and vendors
* Logistical handling of sealed waste bags.
* Assist with inventory organization and tracking
* Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
* Support warehouse managers and field personnel with additional tasks as assigned

Profile
A successful Warehouse Associate should have:
* Valid driver's license required
* Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
* Ability to work overtime when required
* Strong work ethic and punctuality
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Prior warehouse, construction, or environmental/construction industry experience preferred
* Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic vehicle/equipment maintenance is a plus
* asbestos/construction experience preferred
* DOT examination (MCSA -5875)and 40 Hour Hazwoper training
