Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, truck loading/unloading, and customer service. This role requires forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for dependable candidates with excellent attendance and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move products throughout the warehouse
• Assist customers with product pickup and loading as needed
• Maintain inventory organization and material flow
• Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and housekeeping
• Follow work instructions and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all company safety policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
• Stable work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 months
• Reliable attendance and strong dependability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, pull, and stand throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment and interact professionally with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse inventory and processes
• Customer service experience
• Additional material handling or warehouse equipment experience
