Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: Memphis TN 38141
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse activities to support the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The Warehouse Associate will also be required to become licensed to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.

Work Environment
- Extreme cold, with temperatures below -24°F.
- Exposure to biological hazards, including blood or blood products.
- Working around moving machinery.
- Confined spaces.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety shoes, cold-weather gear, body harness, and safety vest.
- Shift rotations may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight, break down shipments, receive materials, and stock inventory.
- Use an RF scanner to pick orders and a computer to audit orders.
- Verify products for the correct item, lot number, and quantity, and identify and report damaged products.
- Operate specialized warehouse equipment as required.
- Conduct routine daily equipment inspections and report unsafe conditions.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain clean and organized assigned work areas.
- Follow all established safety procedures and requirements.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a cold-chain environment is a plus.
