Warehouse Associate
SEA Wire & Cable – Mesa, AZ
Mon–Fri, 7am - 4pm
SEA Wire and Cable is seeking Warehouse Associates to support day-to-day operations for our Boeing distribution center in Mesa, Arizona. Associates will be cross-trained in all warehouse functions, with primary responsibilities focused on order fulfillment, shipping, deliveries to Boeing facilities, receiving support, and inventory accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Ensure materials are accurately labeled and documented.
- Verify order accuracy prior to shipment or delivery.
- Process shipments using company and customer systems.
Boeing Delivery Support- Safely transport material between the SEA warehouse and Boeing facilities.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining product integrity.
- Maintain delivery schedules and required documentation.
- Serve as a professional representative of SEA Wire and Cable during customer interactions.
Receiving & Material Handling- Receive incoming material and verify quantities against packing documentation.
- Assist with material inspections and warehouse put-away activities.
- Maintain inventory location accuracy.
- Support material movement within the warehouse.
Inventory Management- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Assist in researching inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
Cross-Functional Support- Assist with RMA processing activities.
- Support warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Support special projects and customer requirements as assigned.
Qualifications- 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment.
- Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing operations is a plus.
