Location: Medley, FL

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 8 AM-5 PM

We're hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Logistics Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong inventory control, shipping and receiving, and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, stage, and transport materials safely.
• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions using WMS and RF scanners.
• Perform order fulfillment, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and freight documentation.
• Coordinate carrier pickups, schedule shipments, and communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and receiving paperwork, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.
