Warehouse Associate – Mid Shift

Location: Solon, OH
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Start date: ASAP
Work setting: On-site


Join the receiving team at a warehouse in Solon, Ohio. We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to help receive, organize, and move inventory while keeping records accurate.

Pay is $18.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, unpack, sort, count, label, and verify incoming inventory

  • Pick and pull orders using tablets and scanners

  • Stock and organize products

  • Report shortages and inventory discrepancies

  • Use small ladders to access elevated storage areas

  • Follow safe material-handling practices

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic math skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort using computers; warehouse management system experience is helpful

  • NetSuite WMS experience is a plus

  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
