Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer)

Hours & Location: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm • Middleburg Heights, OH (44130)

Pay & Benefits: $18.25/hr

Contract-to-hire with a pay increase when hired in by the client

You’ll join a busy, stable distribution warehouse supporting fabric and hardware products. This is hands-on work that keeps you moving through numbered aisles—ideal for someone who likes clear processes and staying active.

Job Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders using an RF scanner (order picking)
Palletize pulled items and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Pack products into boxes, label cartons, and keep shipments organized
Pull rolls of fabric and cut to required lengths when needed
Operate a pallet jack at times (no tow motor/forklift required)
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient work area

Required Qualifications:

Able to lift up to 70 lbs at times and stay on your feet in a warehouse setting
Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse temperatures
Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Able to work with minimal supervision after training

Workplace Details:

Strict attendance and punctuality expectations
No smoking/vaping in the warehouse; cell phones used only on breaks/lunch
Dress code: jeans/shorts, t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes
Day 1 includes thorough safety training
