Description
Seeking: Warehouse Associate
Location: Midland, TX 79703.
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (Up to $20.00 per hour based on qualifications) | Weekly Pay.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Future Schedule: Position will transition to 2nd Shift upon permanent hire.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire.

What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with general warehouse and yard housekeeping.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
- 2+ years of forklift operating experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code:
- Business casual.
- Shorts are permitted.
- Steel-toe boots or shoes required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance, as customers may enter the warehouse.
