Warehouse Associate

Pay/Schedule: $25/hour | Monday - Friday, 1st Shift Great OT opportunity available. At 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,300 gross.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing operations in Midland, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and shipping materials while operating a forklift to load and unload freight. This is a high-movement role that requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a noisy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage materials and components to support operational requirements
• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload freight in compliance with safety standards
• Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while keeping pace with production demands

Required Qualifications

• Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and forklift operation required
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds regularly
• Basic math skills and basic computer proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-movement industrial environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
