Roeder Industries is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position to start immediately. 
<\/div>

<\/div>
The main objectives of this position are:
<\/div>
  • Safely and efficiently move and handle items including those that are over 65 pounds<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Preparing and completing product pour -downs according to schedule and/or need<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare, pick and verify orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure stock of raw materials is adequate for completing job duties<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Accurately prepare custom pantone mixes as needed for customers<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Organize warehouse space<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Assistance with additional duties may include:
    <\/div>
    • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Organize stocks and maintain inventory<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Process, package and ship orders accurately<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Inspect products for defects and damages<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Other duties as needed<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Proven warehouse experience
        <\/li>
      • Ability to lift and move heavy products exceeding 65 pounds continuously
        <\/li>
      • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
        <\/li>
      • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system and/or the ability and motivation to learn
        <\/li>
      • General working knowledge of basic web -based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G -Suite)
        <\/li>
      • Team player with organizational skills
        <\/li>
      • Ability to multi -task
        <\/li><\/ul>
        Preferable:<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Interest in or previous experience with textile screen printing
          <\/li>
        • The ability and motivation to learn
          <\/li><\/ul>
