Pay Rate: $16.90/hr.
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Montclair, CA
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position requires flexibility and involves stocking merchandise, assembling shelves, packing orders, and assisting with inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pack merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipment.
Label packages and prepare customer orders for shipping.
Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise.
Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
Assemble shelving and organize warehouse inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, order fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently use hands for handling merchandise and small items.
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
Must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
