Warehouse Associate

This role ensures full compliance with cGMP standards across all processes related to the storage, staging, and distribution of clinical supplies to designated sites.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and cGMP standards while overseeing warehouse operations, including proper storage of products and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

* Coordinate shipping activities by staging, assembling, packing, and crating orders, ensuring all shipments meet regulatory requirements and are accurately documented

* Manage inventory of finished goods and packaging supplies, track stock levels, and maintain appropriate quantities and monitor product expiration dates

* Support distribution processes by entering shipment data, calculating export details, verifying international measurement conversions



Required Skills & Experience:

* Must have solid reading and writing skills

* Must have strong mathematical and computer skills

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

* Must have strong attention to detail
