Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment that supports efficient operations.
- Pick, pack, and fulfill inventory orders from the distribution center and deliver merchandise to retail and food service locations throughout airport terminals.
- Receive and accurately process incoming shipments, ensuring products are properly stored.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report discrepancies, shortages, damaged products, or other inventory-related issues to management.
- Label, sort, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations following procedures.
- Replenish inventory at terminal store locations and ensure products are properly rotated to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and separate damaged or expired merchandise for vendor returns and credit processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, and inventory activities.
- Notify management of low-stock or out-of-stock items.
- Work with team members to complete daily warehouse and distribution tasks efficiently.
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery and in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, airport security requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse, stocking, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience receiving and unloading merchandise deliveries from trucks.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
