Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16.50 - $16.78/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8 PM
Location: Nashville, TN 37207
Assignment Type: Temp to Perm
Parking: Free onsite parking available
Dress Code: Khaki pants or shorts, jeans, and comfortable closed-toe shoes. No gym shorts, yoga pants, skin-tight clothing, or loose/dangling clothing.


Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for processing returned printer parts, scanning inventory with RF scanners, and assisting with general warehouse operations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, solid English communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently while standing and moving throughout the shift.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process returned printer parts and materials within the warehouse.
  • Use RF scanners to scan, identify, and process returned inventory accurately.
  • Assist in picking, loading, and general warehouse support during slower periods.
  • Move and organize boxes and materials throughout the shift.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Use mechanical carts to transport boxes and materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.
  • Experience using RF scanners preferred.
  • Strong English reading and communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Basic reading and math skills required.
  • Ability to follow directions, manage time effectively, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
