We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for a full-time position in Natick, MA. Candidates must have previous shipping/warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Package and label outgoing products accurately
Process and organize shipping paperwork
Verify orders and quantities prior to shipment
Load and unload incoming/outgoing materials
Receive, stock, and organize inventory
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized
Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous shipping experience required
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Experience picking, packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments
Ability to accurately follow shipping paperwork and order information
Comfortable with basic computer systems and shipping software
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and reliability
