Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations for a busy facility in New Britain, CT. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the workspace remains organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• 
  Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders
  
• 
  Stock materials in designated storage locations while maintaining proper organization
  
• 
  Pick and prepare materials for internal distribution throughout the facility
  
• 
  Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems and office applications
  
• 
  Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
  
• 
  Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment
  
• 
  Assist with general warehouse and materials handling tasks as assigned
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or storeroom experience
  
• 
  Comfortable using computers and basic office applications for inventory tracking and documentation
  
• 
  Experience operating a pallet jack safely
  
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  
• 
  Ability to lift, push, or move items weighing 25 lbs or more
  
• 
  Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
