SIMOS is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates in New Kensington, PA!

Join our team supporting various production lines in a friendly, inclusive work environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity into the warehouse and manufacturing industry. We provide complete training in areas such as packing, assembly, and etching. These are long-term positions with the opportunity for permanent hire.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $16.00/hour

Note: 3rd Shift openings are limited, but additional positions may open up periodically. Ask your recruiter for current availability!

Shift times may vary based on production volume, skill set, and department assignment. Candidates must have flexible availability and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Duties:

Key Duties:

• Pack and kit orders accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Use computers and handheld RF scanners to create, scan, and apply shipping labels.
• Decorate products, operate towel and blanket presses, and prepare items for shipment.
• Perform light manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle and process products safely while standing for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain dependable and consistent attendance.
• Work required overtime as production volume increases.

Apparel Support & Projects Roles

• Distribution-centric role supporting warehouse operations
• Repetitive with minimal variation in role
• Read and create labels for packaging.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Steel-toe boots are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
