Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate / Non-Commercial Driver's License (Non-CDL) Driver to join our Operations team . In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information . You will work within our dynamic Specialist Project team, which focuses on executing tailored inventory coordination, records relocation, and secure logistics directly at customer sites.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will :
Execute secure transportation and logistics: Drive non-Commercial Driver's License company vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver records, files, and materials securely between client locations and corporate facilities .
Collaborate on specialized client projects: Partner closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver records relocations, large-scale file retrievals, inventory indexing, and data-entry tasks .
Ensure compliance and safety standards: Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain rigorous chain-of-custody documentation in strict alignment with Department of Transportation regulations and organizational security policies .
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have :
Safe driving experience: A valid driver's license alongside a clean, verified driving record suitable for operating company fleet vehicles .
Physical capability and dexterity: Proven stamina to manage a physically demanding workload, including standing, walking, and the regular lifting or moving of materials weighing 50 to 70 pounds .
Strong professional abilities: High attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or adaptively at customer environments .
Flexibility for project travel: Availability to accommodate changing assignments, schedules, and occasional overnight travel based on shifting customer project needs .

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,300.00
