Schedule:

Fulltime, Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm (some holidays)

What we’re looking for:

Are you dependable and proactive, ready to tackle daily warehouse challenges with energy?
Do you have the ability to safely and comfortably lift and move heavy furniture?
Are you a team player who can also work well independently?

The role: As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be a key part of the team, ensuring our inventory and orders are managed with accuracy and care. Your role includes:

Receive and verify the accuracy of inbound shipments against invoices or packing slips to avoid errors and delays.
Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damage to prevent defective items from reaching customers.
Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately to support efficient order fulfillment.
Safely move and handle merchandise to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
Label and stage shipments for carrier pick up or customer delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture that keeps workflows seamless and productive.
Deliver a positive customer experience by managing customer pickups, including merchandise inspection, customer interaction, and loading assistance.
Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
