Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
• Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving order discrepancies or inquiries related to shipment status or inventory issues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately.
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations or trade compliance is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency in warehouse distribution tasks.
