Who You Are: As a Warehouse Associate at The Urban Electric Co., you are an important part of the Logistics team, helping keep materials, products, and information moving throughout the facility. You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable supporting a variety of logistics functions including Kitting, Inventory, Stow-away, Shipping, Receiving, and Transport. You are dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in staying organized and accurate in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities could include receiving and labeling materials, assisting with inventory organization, preparing kits for production, moving materials throughout the facility, and helping stage outbound shipments. You will work closely with team members across departments to support production schedules and ensure materials are in the right place at the right time. This is an associate level role designed for someone who is motivated to learn logistics operations and build experience in inventory and warehouse processes. Success in this role comes from a positive attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
