Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, sorting, counting, and dock operations. The role involves handling large and heavy materials in a quality-controlled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, count, sort, and record inventory and materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Support receiving dock and dock processing activities.
- Handle large and heavy-weight stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of stable/relevant work experience.
- Warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, bend, and reach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.
Preferred Experience
- Distribution or 3PL experience.
- Forklift experience/certification.
- Cherry picker / order picker.
- Pacer / dock stocker.
- Turret truck experience.
- Stand-up forklift experience.
- Experience working at heights.
